Hello Father Sims!
I am reading my fourth book on Dorothy Day, and I decided to look up Catholic Worker organizations in the area. I was impressed by your outreach – you are truly doing God’s work.
I can rarely volunteer, as I work two jobs, but at night when I come home, I have started to crochet caps for the homeless.
Do those that you minister to need any caps? They are warm and craftsy. I have 12 of them.
Would I send them to:
Father C. RIver Sims
PO BOX 642656
San Francisco, CA 94164-2656
Thanks in advance for letting me know whether the caps are needed, and where to send them.

Sue: My email is punkpriest1@gmail.com, and yes I would love the caps. Thank you for your comment, and where is the email that is not working by the way. The Catholic Worker website probably has the old one, years old, they have never changed. My phone is 415-305-2124. Thanks again. river

Thank you for getting back to me, Fr. Sims!
This weekend, I will get the caps ready to send, and send them out to the PO Box I listed in my original post early next week.
Thanks again!
