“God Is Near”

Luke 21:20-28 The worst of life can be a sign of the best. In the worst of times God is found near. In my own life–when people have turned on me, when I have been rejected by my church, out on my own–God was near and is near. In the life of the kids–who have no where to sleep, who are hassled by the police, and by “upright”, “righteous” people–God is near. I gave out food last night on a cold night–each was so appreciative, and thankful. Deo Gratias! Thanks be to God!”
